Grammy-nominated and platinum recording artist PAULINA RUBIO is the Queen of Latin Pop with over 3 million albums sold worldwide. “Ananda”, PAULINA RUBIO’s most recent release, charted at #1 on Neilsen Soundscan and surpassed the 200,000 sales mark in only one week, making it the most successful debut of her career. The album went Platinum in both Spain and the United States, as well as Gold in Mexico.
The first single off the album, “Ni Una Sola Palabra,” remained #1 for four consecutive weeks on the Billboard “Hot Latin Songs” chart. Most recently, PAULINA won two Latin Billboard Awards for "Latin Pop Album of the Year, Female" and "Latin Pop Airplay Song of the Year, Female" for "Ni Una Sola Palabra". PAULINA opened the awards show with a special arrangement of her hit “Ni Una Sola Palabra,” where she blended the introduction with the Beatles classic “Eleanor Rigby,” and later joined Miguel Bose for their duet performance of “Nena.”

PAULINA released “Pau-Latina”in 2004, making her the best-selling female artist of the year. With "Pau-Latina", RUBIO received three nominations for the 2005 Grammy Awards, including “Best Latin Album,” and won two awards at Premio Lo Nuestro, including “Best Female Artist of the Year” and “Music Video of the Year” for her song “Te Quise Tanto.” Most recently, PAULINA received two nominations for the 2007 MTV Latin America Awards for “Best Pop Artist” and “Best Solo Artist.”
