Blondie emerged out of New York City as a pop-icon during the 70's new wave punk era.  They graced the covers of almost all mainstream publications during this era, famous for their music, hip clothes and cool hair.  During their career Blondie has had multiple #1 hits both in the U.S. and the U.K. with titles like "Call Me," "Atomic," and "One Way or Another."   Blondie has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  This distinction will further enhance their status as music icons and their place in American pop culture.
